Kristen concentrates on complex commercial matters, government and internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.
She maintains an active pro bono practice and has advocated for survivors of domestic violence in obtaining orders of protection and represented individuals in asylum and criminal defense matters.
Prior to joining WMH, Kristen practiced at a New York-based international law firm, where she represented corporate and individual clients in commercial litigation and government investigations.
During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
