Ruth Kalbitzer focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and the representation of executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. Ruth also assists her clients in implementing business plans, including business formation and succession planning.
Before joining WMH, Ruth worked at a boutique estate planning firm and served as an in-house counsel for the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. At WMH, Ruth continues to provide her clients with personalized guidance on trust and estate matters, both in New York and in New Jersey.
Ruth is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association–Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section, and of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey. She is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and named a Lisle Merit Scholar and an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Law Fellow. Ruth also worked in the Federal Litigation Clinic, and as a research assistant for Professor Normal Poser in the areas of securities and contract law.
