Jake Gardener Achieves Second Circuit Victory in Multi-Million-Dollar Breach of Contract Action
WMH partner Jake Gardener achieved an important victory today in the Second Circuit on behalf of client Phillips 66. Jake was retained by Phillips 66 after SDNY Judge Denise Cote dismissed its multi-million-dollar breach of contract action against fuel supplier Marine Petrobulk. Co-counseling with Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger LLP, Jake persuaded the Second Circuit to unanimously reverse.
This is Jake’s fifth recent appellate victory.
