WMH is proud to represent Dr. Benjamin Neel, the former Director of the Perlmutter Cancer Center, in his suit against NYU.  Dr. Neel, an innovator in the field of cancer research, was recently fired from his position, because he reposted pro-Israel content to his personal social media account.  We look forward to demonstrating how NYU’s precipitous and unreasonable conduct breached Dr. Neel’s contract and unlawfully discriminated against him on the basis of his religion, ethnicity, and religious beliefs.
