Walden Macht & Haran LLP partner Jacob Gardener secured another victory on behalf of retired NYC workers. Today, the First Department unanimously affirmed a preliminary injunction prohibiting the City and EmblemHealth from imposing co-pays on 183,000 elderly and disabled retirees.
