Pete’s practice focuses on complex civil and regulatory matters. He represents corporations and individuals in a variety of high-stakes disputes.
Prior to joining WMH, Pete practiced law in the litigation department of a preeminent global firm, where he helped assert and defend claims of contract, fraud, copyright, constitutional, and privacy, and assisted with pro bono immigration and civil rights matters. He also clerked for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Valerie Caproni of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Pete graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a Florence Allen Scholar, a research assistant for several professors, and a managing editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review, in which he published a student Note that has been cited by federal district courts.
