Peter represents corporations and individuals in a variety of high-stakes disputes, including complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining WMH, Peter practiced law in the litigation department of a preeminent global firm, where he helped prosecute and defend contract, fraud, copyright, constitutional, and privacy claims.  He also assisted with pro bono immigration and civil rights matters.

Peter clerked for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Valerie Caproni of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  He graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a Florence Allen Scholar, research assistant, and managing editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review.
