Kurt handles electronic discovery, fact investigation, and analysis for internal and government investigations as well as large-scale corporate litigation. He leverages more than a decade of experience coordinating and managing document discovery review teams in a broad range of matters, from white collar criminal defense to subpoena compliance, internal and regulatory investigations, and commercial litigation.
Before joining WMH, Kurt oversaw document discovery review teams for a global electronic discovery consulting firm that represented legal departments of multinational corporations and their outside counsel.
Kurt also practiced as a staff attorney in the award-winning litigation department of a large international law firm for more than 10 years. In this role, he managed electronic document discovery reviews and conducted fact investigation while coordinating with outside electronic discovery vendors on validation and quality control. Prior to that, Kurt served as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of Nevada, helping represent the state’s largest business regulatory agencies in collection matters in both state and federal bankruptcy courts.
