Jennifer concentrates on complex commercial matters, government and internal investigations, compliance, and white collar matters. She takes an empathetic approach to each representation, strategically considering perspectives from opposing counsel, judges, and juries to achieve her clients’ goals.
Jennifer represents financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in several areas, including antitrust, compliance, contract, fraud, and business tort. Her experience includes briefing several successful motions, obtaining substantial experience in defensive and offensive discovery, and interviewing and preparing fact witnesses.
As part of her active pro bono practice, Jennifer has represented several clients in federal habeas proceedings and another client in settlement negotiations with the New York City Department of Education. In response to the government travel ban, she helped prepare an amicus brief submitted to several courts of appeals and to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Prior to joining WMH, Jennifer was a litigator at a preeminent global law firm in New York.
