Jeff’s practice spans the full spectrum of high-stakes matters, from civil and commercial litigation to white collar defense and civil investigations. Formerly a propulsion engineer for The Boeing Company in Seattle, he brings an intuitively analytical approach and meticulous legal writing skills to each matter.
Jeff has represented financial services institutions and corporations in a broad range of areas, including antitrust, RICO, tort, and contract law, as well as reference rates litigations in federal court, FINRA arbitrations, and an international arbitration in Singapore. He has also represented individuals in matters involving post-conviction relief, sentencing, and regulatory investigations. In addition, Jeff’s experience includes successfully briefing case-dispositive motions, working with both fact and expert witnesses in preparation for various court proceedings, and playing a key role on a litigation team that won an international arbitration.
Jeff’s pro bono practice has spanned representations of individual clients in immigration, housing, and child support matters. In this role, he has drafted and submitted petitions, appellate briefings, and government applications on behalf of his clients.
Before joining WMH, Jeff worked on complex commercial litigation at a global law firm in New York.
