Catherine’s practice focuses on complex commercial matters, government investigations, and white collar defense. She represents corporations and individuals in both civil and criminal actions.
Prior to joining WMH, Catherine practiced law in a top litigation department at a preeminent firm, where she assisted with complex commercial litigation, employment matters, and pro bono criminal appeals. She also clerked for the Honorable Patty Shwartz on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for the Honorable Barry T. Albin on the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Catherine graduated magna cum laude from Cardozo School of Law, where she conducted research for several professors and served as an editor on the Cardozo Law Review.
