Catherine advises clients seeking estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business planning solutions. Individuals and families alike value her discretion, sensitivity, and pragmatism, particularly when dealing with complex estates and familial relationships.

Catherine’s services span estate planning – including gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning – trust and estate administration, trust and estate disputes, charitable giving, estate planning for non-U.S. citizens and multinational families, disability and special needs planning, and premarital agreements. She also assists privately held businesses and startups with business formation and advises on succession planning.

Amid continuously evolving tax laws, Catherine keeps her clients apprised of all changes and regularly updates their plans to fit the current legal landscape. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized plans to accomplish their goals – from protecting their assets to minimizing tax burdens or providing care for loved ones.

Previously, Catherine served of counsel to a boutique trusts and estates firm and as in-house counsel for a large health care organization.
