Crain’s covers the racial discrimination lawsuit filed by WMH on behalf of the CEO and General Counsel of the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (“RIOC”) against the Executive Chamber for the Office of the Governor of New York and its staff.  Among other things, the suit alleges that the Chamber instructed outside counsel to sanitize the first draft of an investigative report to remove and cover up findings that confirmed and supported WMH’s clients’ ongoing complaints of racial discrimination at RIOC.
