After report to Department of Justice, corporate amnesty obtained on some products; criminal plea and fine negotiated for German subsidiary for other products; compliance procedures enhanced.
- Conducted internal investigation for national managed care company relating to alleged price fixing of reimbursement rates. After self-report to Department of Justice, criminal charges declined.
- Represented Managing Director of international tire company in connection with Department of Justice probe over price fixing and alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. No criminal charges filed.
