Catherine’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax strategies for individual and corporate clients. She provides advice on wills, trusts, and sophisticated tax-planning vehicles. She also counsels corporate clients on business planning, including formation and succession plans.

Catherine works closely with each client to understand their needs and develops a customized plan to accomplish their goals. Many of her clients are individuals and families seeking to protect their assets, minimize tax burdens and care for their loved ones. Catherine is valued by such clients for her discretion and pragmatic solutions, particularly when dealing with complex estates and familial relationships.

Catherine also has experience in litigation related to her practice area, including probate and estate litigation.

Catherine graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and received the Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Law Fellowship. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri with a B.A. in History.
